Exhibition Talk: Women in Architecture
Lezing / Debat
The talk is part of the exhibition ‘Big Plans: 10 Women Urbanists Shape the Modern World’. Evelien Pieters coordinates, researches, writes, and advises on projects at the intersection of architecture and living environment, with an eye for gender equality, inclusivity, and working cultures. She is the founder of Platform Architecture and Feminism (PAF), which builds a community where women (and everyone who feels involved) can share their experiences about architectural practice, investigate the underlying structures, and dream about a more inclusive sector. Together with Evelien, we will investigate the current position of women in urbanism, architecture, and design: what can be improved, and what are constructive actions to achieve advancement? Join the discussion on Thursday April 24, 16:00.
