At the Shenzhen Biennale 2013, Maurer United Architects – in cooperation with O-Office architects (China), Lassila Hirvilammi architects (Finland), and Aleksander Joksimovic (Berlage Institute, Netherlands) – have re-developed a silo building at a former glass factory in Shekou (Shenzhen, China) into an architectural installation.
