MAK Schindler Scholarships 2026/27

The MAK Schindler Scholarships for the academic year 2026/27 are now open for applications: As of now, submissions are being accepted for the internationally renowned MAK Center Artists and Architects-in-Residence Program, which is annually awarded by the Austrian Federal Ministry for Housing, Arts, Culture, Media and Sport (BMWKMS)—Department of Arts and Culture in collaboration with the MAK – Museum of Applied Arts. For the 30th time already, scholarship holders will have the opportunity to live and work for six months in the Pearl M. Mackey Apartments by Rudolph M. Schindler, one of the locations of the MAK Center for Art and Architecture in Los Angeles, and present their realized projects in an exhibition. The application deadline is 9 September 2025.
