Project Architect

Wendover Studio is seeking qualified and experienced architects for a project architect role in our studio. The ideal candidate has exceptional design skills, is highly motivated and has experience through all architectural design and construction stages. Experience with multi-unit residential projects is preferred. The role involves leading a current residential project from tender through to construction completion. You need to be able to confidently lead a small team of architects and be ready for intense day to day liaison with the consultant’s team and contractor. Positions are available in both our London and Rotterdam office.

Requirements:

• Exceptional design skills
• Professional degree in Architecture
• At least 5 years of experience
• Experience in RIBA Stage 4 and 5 or equivalent (construction) stages
• Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills
• Structured working methods and analytical thinking
• Good team player
• Microstation experience strongly preferred
• Fluent in English
• The right to live and work in the country where the office you’re applying to is located.
