Technical Architects

Wendover Studio is seeking technical architects to join its studio. The ideal candidate is a technical and detailing expert, is highly motivated and has experience in a design-led practice. You are able to independently develop technical packages, construction details and research materials, products and construction methods. Positions are available in both our London and Rotterdam office.

Requirements:

• Professional degree in Architecture or other relevant degree.
• Experience with, and able to confidently prepare technical drawings and construction details
• Experience with drafting and reviewing (NBS) specifications
• Technical knowledge of UK building regulations is preferred.
• Experience in RIBA Stage 4, 5 and 6 or equivalent stages
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Structured working methods and analytical thinking
• Good team player
• Microstation experience strongly preferred
• Fluent in English
• The right to live and work in the country where the office you’re applying to is located.
