Your primary responsibility will be to ensure timely global order deliveries by effectively managing the internal processes related to our production facilities. We need someone who is ready to take ownership of all operations involved in order fulfillment and who takes a practical approach to their work.

Required skills & character:
- You are a fantastic organizer of people and tasks; capable of working independently as well as with the team.
- Ambitious with a problem-solving mindset and positive energy.
- Excellent communication skills, understanding that as a project manager, your success relies on the entire team’s performance and goal achievement
- Affinity with design, sustainability, and technology, but happiest when the company operates efficiently.
- At least HBO (higher professional education) level of thinking and working
- Experience as a project manager is essential; experience in construction or (interior) architecture is a significant plus
- Precise, data-driven, and results-oriented
- Interested in optimizing operational workflows (digitally)
- Fluent in English (Dutch is an advantage, but not required)
Your role and responsibilities:
- Managing the Order Book
- Communicate with clients and external installers throughout the entire process, from sales agreement to delivery.
- Collaborate closely with our sales team, design-to-production team, and product development team.
- Communicate with production partners to coordinate planning efforts.
- Optimize operational processes to ensure success within the team.
- Support colleagues in the sales team during the sales processes of custom projects.
- Execute, monitor, and enhance our premium service for customers.
- Translate the company’s vision into a smoothly functioning internal organization through hands-on efforts.
- Foster a positive company culture; find joy in creating a rhythm within the team.
- Ensure everything runs smoothly by serving as the main internal point of contact.
