Aectual is on the lookout for a Junior Architect

Aectual is the leading platform for 100% circular architectural and interior products, powered by advanced 3D printing technology and reusable materials. Our products, such as acoustic wall panels, furniture, and facades, enable clients worldwide—including Nike, Tiffany & Co., BMW, and Tetra Pak—to create custom designs using smart algorithms. We are seeking a recent Architecture graduate with strong skills in graphic design and photography. Know-how of parametric design is a big plus. Talented students are also encouraged to apply, as the role can potentially be combined with for instance studying at the Academie van Bouwkunst.

In this role, you’ll be part of our Product Development and Marketing team, contributing to a wide range of tasks, ranging from product design and R&D to creating presentations, brochures, and crafting XL 3D print samples.

Required Skills & Qualities:

• A completed (or potentially still ongoing) architectural education at an academic or university level.
• Excellent design skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Affinity for graphic design; photography skills are a strong advantage.
• Experience with parametric design is a plus.
• Interest in large scale 3D printing is a plus.
• Experience in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
